Keg Truck: On the Road Today
Today, Labatt’s 1919 Antique Keg Truck is on the road again. It can be found at fairs, exhibitions, parades and other displays of Canada’s early heritage.
Labatt drivers, wearing authentic 1919 uniforms, transport the Keg Truck in its own tractor-trailer. This completely restored antique once more travels at the magnificent speed of 22 m.p.h.
The quality of manufacturing that went into the production of the Labatt keg trucks did not take a back seat to that of any other truck built in that era. Precision in mechanical operation was simple by today’s standards. However, the high-level precision and craftsmanship were necessary for a truck that was to operate for almost 80 years. For complete details, be sure to check out the specifications.
