We have now completed our 2005/2006 recruiting process. Please keep in touch with our website and look to apply for next year beginning in September, 2006.

What's the Program

At Labatt Breweries of Canada we've been around for 150 years and we plan to be around for the next 150. As part of InBev, the world's biggest brewer by volume, we don't plan to sit back and relax. That's why we believe in investing in our future leaders today. By running an exclusive trainee program at a global level, we hope to attract the brightest, most driven graduates from the last two years. We will then nurture their talent by giving them relevant experience right from the start. Our goal is to find people who can take on challenging positions as early on in their career as possible - and set the pace for the organization as a whole.

Own Your Future
At InBev, we believe that big challenges help people grow, and the pace of that growth will depend on talent, effort and results.

The Global Management Trainee Program is an initiative focusing on establishing the long-term future potential of our business and our people.

This program was created to give up-and-coming leaders the opportunity to learn and grow within our fast-paced business.

Each trainee receives unique learning opportunities, mentoring and coaching as they go through short-term cross-functional assignments in our field sales and brewery operations. During the training phase, assignments will rotate across functions and across North America-trainees will network with our own talented, passionate and supportive people.

After a 10 month training program, trainees will assume local key junior management roles with the opportunity to advance within our business. Given that we are a global company, we will also nurture talent by providing international assignments as early as possible in a trainee's career.
