Crowning:
Once filled, the bottles are ready to be crowned. Labatt uses a crown that features a patented, swift-off design with crimps that are designed to be easy to grip and remove.

Pasteurizing:
The filled, crowned bottles travel through the pasteurizer, which can hold more than 25,000 bottles. Pasteurization ensures packaged products are fresh for months after purchase.

Labeling:
Once cooled after pasteurization, the bottles travel to the high-speed labelers where adhesives fasten neck and body labels.

Packing:
Depending on the design, labeled bottles are then dropped or slipped into waiting cartons. The carton is sealed and moved by conveyor to machinery that automatically stacks and stretch-wraps the cases on pallets, ready for shipment.

Distribution:
With the brewing process now complete, Labatt products are immediately transported to outlets across North America and distributed to countries around the world.
