Our employee-driven initiatives include: our Network of Allies, which provides localized inclusion and diversity support for employees; four Community Groups, which offer education and host special celebrations; and other inclusion and diversity-related sponsorships and partnerships.

      At Labatt, Inclusivity is at the forefront of everything we do, and in 2022, our teams across Canada came together to celebrate our first annual #InclusivityDay – a day dedicated to celebrating inclusion within our teams, creating moments of connection, building trust, and uniting as one team to create A Future With More Cheers.

      There are four employee-led community groups that currently exist at Labatt, which focus on supporting our DEI agenda by hosting celebrations, educational sessions, and more. Our Community groups are always looking to partner with various professional or student associations, so please feel free to reach out to learn more.

      Women in Beer and Beyond's dream is to make Labatt one of the top places for women to work in Canada by creating a community that supports women in beer to grow and flourish at the pace of their talent.
